The Sunday Liturgy – An Opportunity for All to Participate

Bishop Murphy in his weekly Montana Catholic Register “Reflections” column emphasizes the importance of Sunday liturgy as the focal point for gathering the local Christian community together. He begins, “It is at the celebration of the Sunday liturgy, whether on a Saturday evening or sometime Sunday itself, that a Roman Catholic community publicly manifests its faith and is asked to experience a worship of faith that is expected to sustain us for the week ahead.”
