How To Strengthen The Church Part II

In the second in a series of two “Reflections” columns in the Montana Catholic Register, Bishop Murphy provides his opinions on a set of suggestions on how to strengthen the church from a Gallup Report titled “Religion in America – 1984.” He concludes this column with the following thought, “As a faith community, we cannot tolerate complacency. As a People of God, we must seek ways to make our journey as a pilgrim people an experience of ever-deeper faith and commitment. To take it all for granted and to do nothing would surely be tragic!”
