Rev. Msgr. Martin Werner – 50th Anniversary Celebration of Priesthood

Bishop Murphy presided at the Mass celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Ordination of the Reverend Monsignor Martin Werner at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Great Falls, MT. He offered the following perspective in his homily, “By its very nature, priesthood is the lived commitment in faith of service in Word and Sacrament with God’s people. A 50th anniversary of priesthood is in reality a celebration of people whose lives have been touched and changed by another human being who shares his gifts of love and faith, commitment and service in the name of Jesus Christ.”
