Signs of the times

In his weekly “In Joy and Hope” column for the Catholic Northwest Progress, Archbishop Murphy underscores the importance for all Christians be aware of the signs of the times – to interpret them in the light of the Gospel. He calls attention to the rich diversity of backgrounds and life experiences which reflect the human condition. The archbishop expresses deep concern for the separation between different groups of people taking place in our society. Archbishop Murphy hopes we will all appreciate “our unity as people created in in the image and likeness of God.”
